We used the sauce on several foods over a couple days. It is subtly fruity in a tropical fruit way and has a different hotness than Louisiana hot sauce or Tabasco sauce. The hotness doesn't linger nearly as long as those 2 sauces which is nice. Hubby and I think its delicious and a nice change of pace from our usual sauces. I definitely recommend!!
